So what would be the end result of doing more? Being more? Well…for one you’ll be fullfilling God’s purpose in your life and fulfilling his commandments. (“If you love me, keep my commands. – John 14:15) God wants us to put that extra effort each day. Putting those commandments into action. From the small things like helping a struggling mother put groceries in her car. To helping a coworker to their car when its raining outside.
And to the big things like sharing a conversation with a homeless person. Or giving money to a struggling familt to help them stay on their feet. Some od these may seem far fetched, but there actually true stories I have witnessed myself ans have read about and are atoeies I’ve seen online. These are great examples of God’s commandments put into action. Some are not even Christians ans are just doing these things becauae ita the right thing to do. (So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin. – James 4:17)
So let’s step it up and be more to have God’s principals be seen in what we do daily. Challenge yourself. Step out of your comfort zone and do more in Jesus’s name so he can be glorified. (In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deedsand glorify your Father in heaven. – Matthew 5:16)
