Worry Relief

We all know that worry is apart of life and will not go away.  So, how do we handle it? How do we keep a calm and peaceful spirit while worry is still looming. Here are three sctiptures to help you ladies, including myself with worry.

  1. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
  2. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30
  3. When my anxious inner thoughts become overwhelming, your comfort encourages me. Psalm 61:3
